How can I shift my worrisome thinking?

Kristin: “How can I shift my worrisome thinking? I believe in the law of attraction but I’m constantly worried and stressed and have many what-ifs (especially related to health as I just moved to Fl and they don’t have state healthcare and I can’t afford health insurance) I’m scared I’m going to attract a heart attack! (lol?) Are there any tips to change my what-if thinking to a positive mindset? Thank you.”

“Hi Kristin! Worry just means that you are practicing a future you don’t want to create. First, take a few deep breaths and put your attention on your belly as you breathe. This will help slow down your worrying thoughts. Then Change your What ifs from a negative to a positive question. What if everything turns out alright after all? What if I’m perfectly healthy? Practice focusing on the future that you want to have.”
