How to achieve Vibrational Alignment with your Desire

Manifesting what you want sometimes seems to be easier said than done. Especially when your desires haven’t been showing up in your life for a long time, your resistance can be quite strong.
The good news, however, is, that no matter how long you’ve been waiting for the manifestation of your desire, you can push the reset button today.

It is all about focus, the vibrational frequency you are on, and resistance.

The more you want something, the higher the chance that you might feel resistance about the very thing you are wanting.

A desire without resistance equals instant manifestation!

Therefore, the purer your focus and emotions regarding to your desire are, the faster it will come.

What does hinder my manifestation from coming?

There’s only one thing that can keep you from manifesting your desire which is you not being in vibrational alignment with what you are wanting.

So if you’re having a hard time manifesting what you want, sit down, take some time for yourself and ask yourself: How do I really feel about this very thing that I am wanting? How do I feel most of the time in general?

If what you are wanting hasn’t come so far, it is very likely that you either are focused on the absence of what you are wanting without realizing it or it could also be the case that your general daily emotions are more negative than positive.

How do you know if you are focused on the having or the absence of your desire?

If you feel good when you are thinking about your desire, you are in vibrational harmony with it. If you, however, feel negative when thinking about your desire, when you are for example feeling the negative emotions of not having what you want, then you are focused on the absence of your desire.

The Law of Attraction will respond to your emotions either way and will deliver manifestations.
If you are focused on not having what you are wanting, Law of Attraction will deliver to you further experiences of not having what you are wanting because it matches the vibrational frequency you are offering.

What can I do to change my focus?

Once you have realized that you are focused more on not having what you are wanting, it is essential to work on changing the thoughts and feelings you are offering. The easiest way to get into vibrational harmony with what you are wanting is to ask yourself:
How does it feel to have this very thing I want?
How does it feel to experience what I want?

When you ask yourself these questions, you immediately align with your desire.

What if the majority of the thoughts you think and the emotions you feel are negative?

This can be a significant factor in you not receiving what you are asking for. If you think positive thoughts about your desire but you spend 60% of your days vibrating negative emotions or focusing on negative things, this can impact your manifestations and even prevent your desires from manifesting.

What can you do to change that?

Simply make the decision to not focus on negative things anymore. Skip watching the news for a while. Try to find the positive aspect in everything and every person you encounter. Make sure to take time for yourself. Think about the things you are grateful for. Try to do things that make you happy, and you will soon see changes in your manifestations.
