Kolla Kvaran is a 49 years old Icelander living in Norway. She is a Buddhist and a member of Soka Gakkai International since 2001, where she was a district leader in Iceland for many years and helped members through spiritual and religious guidance. Kolla has been writing about mental health, philosophy and family matters ever since, along with her other work, but she is an artist and a musician amongst other things.
